I primarily operate as a private-pay clinic. If you intend to fund your physiotherapy through an insurance claim (WorkCover, CTP, Medicare), please contact me directly to discuss prior approval before finalising your appointment. Thank-you for your cooperation.
*Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a fee equal to the fee of the scheduled service cost.
